Casa Quinta & our three Bungalows are perfect places for those travelers interested in renting a private house, while still receiving all the amenities of the hotel. They sit above the main hotel area where they offer the sounds of nature as well as ocean and jungle vistas. Casa Quinta & the two Bungalows are connected to the reception by a short footpath and, naturally, maintain the hotel's proximity to Manuel Antonio National Park. Not only do these houses come with the same daily services of a hotel room, but easy parking, a pool for the houses and a complete kitchenette where a guest can do their own cooking if they so choose.

Casa Quinta (A-9) Casa Quinta (A-9 & 10) has been re-built to include two more baths, a wood paneled cathedral-style ceiling and three new A/C units – one for each bedroom, the house now includes three separates entrances, three and a half bedrooms, four full baths, cable TV, a terrace, kitchen and dinning area with a nice ocean view. The two side bedrooms each offer a queen-size bed. The master bedroom has two queen sized beds. Each bedroom has an attached private bathroom, as well as a separate door to the terrace/dinning area. The half bedroom with a bunk bed. It is attached to the master bedroom, and also has its own private bath.

The second room contains one queen size bed, A/C, cable TV, and a full bath. Five ceiling fans cool the rooms.

Is one large studio containing three queen size beds, a kitchenette, four ceiling fans, A/C & cable TV.
