Hotel Costa Verde offers accommodations for a variety of options for vacation living. We have 70 jungle-side rooms built to showcase the park, ocean and jungle views of Manuel Antonio. Our rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, cable TV, Wi-Fi, safe deposit boxes and authentic Costa Rican rocking chairs to enjoy the views from your private balconies. We also have open-air rooms without glass windows or air-conditioning for those that would like an even more personal connection with our natural surroundings. We have 3 pools on the grounds so one is always close by regardless of where your room is located.

		Costa Verde II Costa Verde II is designed for couples and families 17 years and older seeking a romantic getaway with a balmy, tropical ambiance. Each newly renovated apartment features 750 square feet of space with expansive windows, ceiling fans or air conditioning. Guests will enjoy a spacious balcony with commanding rainforest or ocean views overlooking the adult pool area, two queen-size beds, large showers, and a fully-equipped kitchenette. Seven Studio-Plus units offer direct, panoramic ocean views; seven Studio units offer less-direct ocean and/or rainforest views; and the fifth-floor Penthouse, with two king-size beds, boasts a spectacular panoramic view of both land and sea. Guests in this area enjoy an adult-only pool with the best view in Manuel Antonio and views of the beach and the National Park. This pool area has a full bar and lunch service and a separate private area for our range of spa services.* * Pool Bar Hours: High season open 11am - 6pm. Closed August through November 16th. Spa services by appointment.

		Studio Apartments For guests traveling with children we offer 520 square foot Studio apartments with two beds. Two additional pools are available for guests staying in this area of the hotel. We have a total of 24 air-conditioned studios of this size, either with jungle and/or partial ocean views. These studio units are equipped with ceiling fans, air-conditioning, cable TV, a kitchenette and a large balcony.

		Studio-Plus Apartments Eight apartments are Studio-Plus units with the best panoramic views. These studio units are also equipped with ceiling fans, air-conditioning, cable TV, a kitchenette and a large balcony.

		Efficiency We also offer 14 Efficiency units, featuring post & beam hardwood construction with TV and air-conditioning. All of these units have two double beds, ceiling fans, air conditioning, cable TV, kitchenette and balcony.

Q. How far are you from the beach?
A. Rooms are between 250 and 450 yards from the beach and over 300 feet above the ocean. It's about a 10-minute walk to the beach. Uphill, on the way back, can take a little longer of course.

Q. How far are you from Manuel Antonio National Park?
A. The backside of the National Park is adjacent to Costa Verde. The park entrance, however, is located ½ mile from the hotel.
