Wake Up With Ocean View Yoga

Yoga and its principles reflect everywhere in nature. Practicing Yoga in Manuel Antonio becomes an intimate exchange as Mother Nature serves as our guide. In this partnership, we are gifted with the sun to soften our tight muscles; the ocean’s rhythm to help us remember a fluid, soothing breath; the sounds of nature and its creatures to invite our playful heart to dive into it’s full desire.

Ashtanga Yoga is a flowing set of postures linked together by the breath with a strong focus on proper alignment. This is a well-balanced, active practice, appropriate for all levels with opportunities to go deeper for more advanced students as well as modifications for those just starting out or recovering from an injury.

Classes are held in the event center at Costa Verde M – F at 8am and Sat. at 10am. Private sessions available.

Pilates

Build powerful core stability and strength and maximize your results. Using a specific sequence of movements designed by Joseph Pilates, you will be led through a series of exercises learning to use your own body’s resistance with proper deep breath-work. You will gain core awareness and strength, coordination, flexibility, improved posture and grace. Modifications will be given for beginner levels and healing injuries.

Classes are held in the event center at Costa Verde Mon, Wed and Fri at 7:00am. Sat at 9:00am. Private sessions available.
