Efficiency is our most economical room. We consider it the standard among all our units, although it includes all the amenities found in our other rooms. It is located in the family area and is very close to the pools and the front desk.

We have studio rooms in almost all areas of our hotel, including the family area. They are 48 m² and are equipped with two beds that can accommodate up to 4 people. Bed types may vary depending on the section where the rooms are located: two queen beds, or one king and one double bed, or two double beds. We also offer the option to request two rooms connected by the balcony with views of the gardens and/or the jungle.

The only difference between Studio and Studio Plus is the view. In these rooms we guarantee a spectacular sea view; they are located in various areas of the hotel that are close to the pools and restaurants. It is not necessary to book a high floor to enjoy a great view. The Studio Plus rooms are also equipped with 2 beds for a maximum of 4 people per room.

Costa Verde II is the child-free area of Costa Verde. The two buildings are set slightly apart from the rest of the hotel, in the property's best ocean-view location. A pool sits at the center of activities with a panoramic sea view, the best in the entire hotel. A total of 22 rooms are located in this area. We offer six studio apartments in Costa Verde II, either with jungle and/or partial ocean views. Each recently renovated apartment features 750 square feet of space with large windows, new digital air conditioning, a spacious balcony, two queen-size beds, a kitchen with breakfast bar and microwave, flat-screen TV and a living area with a sofa and two armchairs. Guests enjoy an adults-only pool with the finest views of the ocean, the beach and Manuel Antonio National Park.

Costa Verde II es la zona de no-niños de Costa Verde. Los dos edificios están situados ligeramente separados del resto del hotel, en la mejor zona con vista al mar de la propiedad. Costa Verde II is the no-children area of Costa Verde. The two buildings are located slightly apart from the rest of the hotel, in the property's best ocean-view area. A swimming pool sits at the center of activity with panoramic ocean views — the best in the whole hotel. A total of 22 rooms are located in this area. This recently renovated penthouse features 900 square feet of living space with panoramic ocean views, a 200-square-foot balcony, and a living area with a sofa and two armchairs. It has expansive windows, new digital air conditioning, two king-size beds, a kitchen with microwave, and a flat-screen TV. Guests enjoy an adults-only pool with the best ocean, beach and National Park views in Manuel Antonio.

Our four bungalows are for travelers who want their own private space while enjoying all the hotel's amenities. Bungalows A-11 and A-13 are connected to the hotel's reception by a short path. These units offer the same daily services as a hotel room, easy parking, the family pool in Area A, and a full kitchen so guests can prepare meals at their convenience. Bungalows E-5 and E-6 are located 400 meters below the hotel's reception and just 200 meters from Manuel Antonio beach, but at an elevation of 300 feet, which provides an ocean view from every bungalow balcony. OurX phoenix is the most exclusive hotel suite in Costa Rica. We renovated a 1965 Boeing 727 fuselage that, in its previous life, carried globetrotters on South Africa Air and Avianca Airlines (Colombia). This fully equipped and meticulously detailed Boeing 727 fuselage suite rises out of the jungle canopy, offering views that will make you feel as if you are flying.

Our new SkyLoft is something very different: the best ocean views offered at Hotel Costa Verde from the balcony and terrace of a renovated vintage fuselage of a 1982 McDonald Douglas MD-82. The fuselage's two spacious bedrooms offer a total of four queen-size beds, each with its own entrance to the 800-square-foot terrace.
